Staying below budget on accessorizing projects...

I love doing accessorizing projects for my clients, sometimes their spaces have been completely redone but they just feel it lacks that finishing touch, those little details are missing, and only the perfect accessories will do the trick...

This was a clients entry hall table, we found the mirror at Zinc Door, the jar at Z gallerie the decorative boxes were from Homegoods we got a steal of a deal.     

This was an eat in kitchen, and my client wanted something a little glamorous so we started with the table we chose a tulip table reproduction from Ikea, the white drum pendant light we found at CB2, the wallpaper was the splurge, its by Kelly Wearstler, the ghost chairs we also found reproductions at HomeQ, also keeping my clients cost down, we found these door handles at Anthropologie which added that little extra bling. The total cost for this space was $1,485.00 staying well below my clients $2,000.00 budget.

On this bathroom I helped my client choose and shop for the Carrera marble and after the bathroom was completed she called me back in to accessorize, the mirror is fantastic we found it on One Kings Lane, the stool was from West elm, the sheepskin was from Ikea, the sconces we found on Overstock and the towels, tray and lighted mirror we found them all at Homegoods for under $200.00. Keeping my clients budget of $1,500.00 in mind, this room cost $1,250.00, "Under Budget" once again.

This was a room that my client had just had painted and had ordered beautiful white slip covered sofas, she has a cute little bungalow at the beach, keeping that in mind and her $1,000.00 budget we chose a few colorful pieces to add a sophisticated but casual pop of color, the stools I found at Ballard Designs, the rug was on clearance at Rugs USA, the pillows were from Etsy, everything was done for just under $825.00, under budget once again.
